front end suspension question

Hi all -
I have a 2007 Lariat 2wd. I was wondering if a front end suspension would work from a 2005 2wd F150. I'm new to this forum, so any help would be great.

Which parts? Some may be the same, others may not, you might have to go to a dealership and have the part numbers run against each other. Just wondering why, replacing broken or damaged parts with ones from a junkyard?
