What to check? help!
I have a 2002 Ranger XLT. Battery and alt are new last month.
A few days ago I notice the truck isn't starting right up, it very weak, almost like a dead battery. It will start up fine in the morning, I stop for gas, try to start it and it's weak and just about catches and starts. The other day I run to a few stores. I leave the first and it's weak to start, go to next store and it's so weak it won't start, after a few turns of the key I get nothing at all, just a little buzz from the engine compartment. I take the battery to parts store, they tell me it's fine. I put it on the charger to fully charge it and still nothing at all when I turn the key.
The guy at the parts store tells me it's probabily the starter. With the help of a friend, I remove the starter, take it to parts store and it tests fine, so it's not the starter. He says to check the relays. I buy a new relay and take each one out, replace with the new one and nothing.
So now I don't know where to look. The trucks is just dead, nothing except a little buzz when I turn the key.

I had the same problem on a 93, and it turned out to be a bad battery cable terminal that had corroded at the starter end of the cable. Check battery cable resistance from the battery to the starter. And make sure all cable connections are clean and tight.
