It might be to late to mention as it looks like you've started to really tear into your project but if your planning to re-use the front sheet metal on your truck and if everything was lining up nice it would be good to index the parts before taking it apart. Drill 3/16 th's holes and use clecos when reassembling it to help get things back in the right place.

Good advice! Unfortunately this truck was partly disassembled when I got it. The whole front clip was only held on with two bolts. The doors were off and the bed was not bolted down either. In some ways that's good I guess since it's that much less rusty hardware I have to fight with!
