Boost Gauge Fluctuation

I am a little concerned about maybe having a injector puking? On hard acceleration only, my boost gauge fluctuates about three pounds rapidly... it is a timed fluctuation like one cylinder or something?? does anyone else see this?? It only happens on hard acceleration. At half throttle 10 or 12 psi it is totally steady which is what makes me think injector instead of a intake valve??? I know im rambling sorry...

could be your gauge line. Guys have had that issue and jb welded the line closed then drilled a small hole through it for air and got rid of the bounce. Mines got a little "fitting" in the line with a small hole in it.

OH..... I see... Mine is nothing but a plastic tee in the map line and nylon oil pressure line... Hmmm.

actually my fitting is in the tee itself IIRC but you get the picture..

Mine does the same thing and mine is also just a tee fitting in the map line. Just finished an 11k mile trip and the truck ran great, hope all is well. Highest boost I saw was about 20 on a long uphill. Only mods 6637 (#?) intake and downpipe.
