oil leak problems

hey guys im new to this forum but i have a 1995 f250 power stroke with around 250000 miles this weekend i was trying to pull my backhoe when i stopped at a rest area after driving for 2 hours realized i had oil all under the passenger side of my truck i couldnt tell exactly where the leak was coming from. so i unhooked from the backhoe and head back home after putting oil in the truck when i got home the truck was still full of oil so the truck is only leaking oil when pulling a load any ideas of what this can be. anything would help thanks

need some more info but on the passenger side I'd be looking at the dipstick where it goes into the pan. Try to get it pressure washed off and have a look.

more details truck has had a small oil leak the whole time i have owned it but it never was to bad a local mechanic said it could be my turbo going bad that it is sucking oil out of the head of the motor. the leak is coming form the back side of the top of the motor but i will wash it and see where it is better originating from.

turbo pedestal orings are one area that leaks right there

Careful washing it, don't powerwash it and get things all wet...
