Door Handle/Striker Problem

Door Handle/Striker Problem
So, the doors would not fully shut and they would rattle while driving. I replaced the strikers and they shut fine now and dont rattle, but i have a new problem, or found one i did not notice before. When opening the door from the outside, you have to pull the handle all the way up and it feels like it almost dont open. I thought that by about halfway up the door should open? What do i need to replace? I have no idea....any ideas guys??
