Does anyone have any ideas to improve the ride quality on the leaf spring front ends? Anyone heard about doing more than just shocks? What about fox coil over shocks? Any suggestions welcome!! Thanks
I came across this system, but have not been able to find anyone that has done or know anyone that has done it. Looks to be pretty good though, they have both front and rear suspension systems.
All else being equal....D rated tires generally ride smoother than E rated tires. Depending on how you use your truck, you might be able to get by with D rated tires.
I have to use E rated tires on my truck so I live with the stiffer ride. My wife's truck has D rated tires and it's a bit smoother and less bouncy.
Looking at the pdf install instructions, I assume you would need some type of air controller system, or just add air with a chuck and thats it? Looks fairly simple to install, but a lot of moohlah for me.
