Ride Improvement

What mods or suspension upgrades has anyone used to improve the comfort and/or ride quality of their Super Duty's?

I've changed shocks, played with tire pressures, different tires, etc.

The biggest improvement, is to carry 3-400#s in the the bed of the truck. Truck rides 100% better.

Good luck

I have the same size tires (285s) and I run 45psi in the rear tires when empty which helps to settle the *** end down, get better traction and allows the tires to wear more even. During the winter I'll sometimes lower the pressure even more. My suspension is all stock on my SC. I think a SD with a full air ride system would be sweet and ride nice however such a setup would cost some coin.

2nd on running the rear tires at 45 when unloaded. They will wear more evenly, too. Running empty SD tires at 80 psi (as some do) is a recipe for 'shaken driver syndrome'.
