Hello everyone! Since production is under way and the new 5.0 trucks are arriving on dealer lots, I'm sure we'll start having an influx of new owners here in the forum.
As such, I thought it would be great to have a "New Member" thread. Even if you've been lurking for a while, post up and introduce yourselves! Post your pics and have fun. This is the 5.0L engine forum but pics of your trucks are welcome as is general discussion about the trucks.
I'm new, picked up my F-150 FX4 with 5.0 last Saturday. I love this truck. Glad to be here
Thanks for posting in here! Remember we love pics so post some up when you get a chance.

Gorgeous truck! Thanks to you for also posting in here! Great to have you folks aboard......I just wish Tim and I had made time to dust the cobwebs out of here before you all came in.
thank you! I get a lot of compliments on it. I originally didnt want as much chrome but i think i have just the right amount to make that dark blue pearl pop! I'm glad to be able to be part of this forum and really like having a section just dedicated to this wonderful powerplant.
Been lurking for about a year 4/24/2010 cause I am building a 49 f1 and was driving a 95 f150. Just bought a 2011 screw 4x4 with the 5.0. Put on 1400 miles so far and whoa what a difference from the 95 f150. I even took the travel trailer for a short trip and I will never tow again without a ford brake controller, it was awsome. Don't know how to put photos up so sorry no pics
I've haven't been on FTE for a long time but used to frequent back when I had a '93 Explorer. I bought a 2011 F150 in March so now I'm back. I'll get pictures soon! I'm traveling for work so I'm away from the truck It's a XLT supercab 6.5' bed 3.55 rear end 5.0 of course!
I'm coming from a 2007 Explorer with 3v 4.6 and it's a world of difference. I thought the Explorer was a hot rod but this truck is just incredible!
