Terminator gauge
I'm thinking of treating my truck to a new gauge for Christmas. This is the one I'm looking at: Terminator Engineering
Does anyone know if these have a long lead time?
Any input on these? Looks like a pretty cool product.

Last I heard the scangauge was on a long back order. Unluss Joey has a couple sitting on the shelf, I'm guessing you won't see it in time for Christmas. Jim at Rosewood had a group buy on those a couple of months ago and I don't think they've shipped that order yet.

Thats a cool gadget I'd like to have too Grant, pretty much gives you almost everything you need to lessen more gauges being installed. Joe Izzy351 has one, I'm sure he'll chime in, Merry Christmas soon to you

I have a terminator (scangauge) gauge. money well spent.
I have also read on other forums that guys have been waiting for over 6 months.
If you do order one, order from Joey at T/E. not AeroForce, (long story).

...I would of canceled my order if I had to wait that long. Even if they started shipping them out now I probably wouldn't get it for a couple of months.

I do have one -- excellent addition to the truck. I wouldn't go without it now. In fact, I wouldn't even bother with a trans temp gauge and just use it in place of it. Being able to read HPOP pressure and oil temp is worth it alone....

There is some problems with the manufacturing of these gauges right now.
I dont know if its ironed out or not yet. Waiting for Joey to tell me.
The aeroforce and Terminator are the same thing.
If you ask Joey Nicely, he might convert it for you. =)
But its a distributor based product. Just order for joey and get the awesome Terminator Logo.
Cause the Aeroforce one is LAME.
As for available before christmas, I'll check on that for you guys.

Pretty much nobody has any sitting around. I spoke with Joey about them and he is also waiting for some to be delivered. I have had mine on order since September. They had to redesign the gauge to account for a new chip. I guess someone (sounds like a competitor or something) went out and bought all the chips they were using, then tried selling them back at a stupid mark-up. They chose to redesign the gauge with a new chip, but have been having issues with the PWM data bus on the '03 and later Fords. They claimed to have it figured out on the PSD but the Mustangs are causing the problem. I told them make mine PSD only, I just want my gauge!!!!

Mine's been on backorder since the end of June. I am still waiting patiently. I was offered a refund, but have declined because I would rather have the gauge. I feel it's worth the wait, but my patience is beginning to run thin.
