5.4L Spark Plug Problem!
i have a problem, the other day i was driving down the road and the spark plug blew out, and it stripped the treads in the head. Should i re-tread it? Need help asap!

Yes, there is a kit available that would be your best bet for rethreading. After that follow some basics on spark plug changing in these engines. It is important that you take care due to the too few threads in the head. The rethreading process and the correct plug change process is WELL documented on this site. A search will bring more than you ever wanted or need to know on the subject.
