Ya, I'm checking into the espar and webasto heaters. They would be real nice. I can get an espar installed for about 2100. Pretty spendy but I'm mulling it over. I leave me van out overnight several times in the winter away from plug ins.
A propane weed burner should work but a lot less convenient to fire that up all the time.
I found out that my van had one gp wire bad and my second battery was not getting all voltage through. I'm hoping it starts much better now.
