About 2 months ago I lost heat in truck. Checked hoses and no heat in return line from heater core. Ripped out dash, replaced heater core, replaced hoses, replaced blend door as it was broken as well. Oh, and I was leaking antifreeze from plugs in back so I replaced those too.
Last week, got a whine from front end and gurgle in dash now. Thought whine might be alternator as sounds was coming from that part of the front. Replaced alternator and also idler next to alternator as that was going bad. Whine still persists with acceleration and gurgling is still there. I'm about to pull out my hair on this. Potential Water Pump?? Anyone have any thoughts? They would greatly appreciated.
