Oasis Reports
My name is Michael Jones and I was having trouble with the parking brake on my 1999 Ford F-250 there happened to be a RE-CALL on my vehicle for this particular item. I went to the dealer and he said he would not honor the recall, I found out that these items were on a Oasis Report in which the dealer dores not want to run, We who have Ford's need to hold the dealers accountable for the recalls and it does not matter what your VIN number is, the bottom line these are recalls on Ford vehicles and the dealers are responsible to make good on these recalls but they do not want to honor these recalls because they are not getting paid for recalls. Is ther a phone number to call Ford Motor Corporation and make these guys make the necessary repairs in which we as ford owners are entitled to.

I think you can only get OASIS reports for 10 years.
So, they don't know if the recall has been done, and they probably can't do anything about it.
You could try the 1-800 customer service number for Ford, which should be in your owner's manual.
