i like the headlights. im wanting to get some for my f150 but in black (going on a black ext cab flareside f150). i think it would look pretty good with hids. kinda pricey though compared to the clear led headlights though. or even the smoked ones.
Ok i got my hids i went same way chase did an i kind of put my bulbs in wrong when i flip the highs on they go to the side i need to get that fix so i dont really know what they look like when they are normal but i will take pic i ran the hids with stock lens just for fun they put out way more light then with clear but i got my clear the next day an look great now i want to get led turn an park lights dose any one know if they make them? I will post pics of my light when i fix them. Thx for all of your guys help i know i ask lot of questions.
I was curious if you guys could let me know what type of light you had bought. I have a 97 F350, I am not having any good luck tracking down a set of headlights that will fit my truck. This is the first site that I have found a set of lights on a body style like mine. If you guys could help me out and let me know where I could buy a pair.

Search Ebay for "bronco headlight" and you'll get tons of options. Anything from a 92-96 Bronco, F150, F250, or F350 will fit. The 97 F350 is the same as all those models, but because of the light duty F250 in 97 the parts slingers get confused sometimes.
I was considering doing the headlight swap on mine. I aree with the above statements. Search for 96 bronco headlights even kn google produces alot of options. I think halo made some pretty cool choices and searching for the bronco brought up more color options on the outside black ring pictured in the o.p. pix.
Seemed like better build quality came with a bit more money for brand names. Most manufacturers offer hid conversions with their projector lights. 5k seems to be the best normal colored lights. I looked at some different options in person. 55w seemed to be alot brighter than the 35w also a little hotter. You could feel the difference with your hand in front of the light. I wouldnt say it was actually hot with the 55k's. Not dangerously.
My Rover came with projection headlight setup. They are a great deal better than the regular clear setup alot of other guys pictured here. The light on projectors are unbelievable when compared to conventional housings. Especially with hid's in em. Entire rds light up...or in fog they cut like they're supposed to. Gotta adjust em right.
WARNING. jchosler, I hope you had a better experience that I did. I bought off ebay similar. I bought 4300K and projection kit - advertised to be the closest to OEM color and provide best light. These things are TERRIBLE. Dark holes in the light pattern. Just terrible light focus. Junk. Now a little more homework later, I'm seeing many other posts of same. Ebay HID kits are something to avoid. While they do look cool, they simply do not provide the quality of lighting seen on OEM installed HIDs.
