My truck sat for 2 days. It is the first time since I bought it in June that it was not driven every day. It started, 15 degrees F, the same as it did in 90 degree heat. My old 6.0 liked to be plugged in at that temperature. It also would have loped at idle. These are remarkable trucks...
This thing starts just as easily as my old 6.4L did, which is a great thing. That truck started immediately in the coldest weather, and this one seems to be just as good.
Saturday night it's supposed to get down to -9°F(-23°C); I plan on letting the truck cold soak for 24 hours and take a video of a cold start at that temp. This is the coldest you are supposed to start these trucks without aid from a block heater.
-1F this morning and it started exactly like any other day! The glow plug was on for about 2 or 3 seconds - I let it run about 10 minutes and ran the wife to the store. I did notice a high pitch tone(not sure from what)until the truck warmed. They are calling for a high of 6 and low of -10F for tonight...Why do I love here?
Forgot to say...we go pounded with about 20" of snow. The back up sensors suck when packed with snow.

Haha. Sweet. Yup. Backup sensors just beep when it's snowing.
