Injectors sticking

I got my stageI's used and on a cold start(sitting 8-10hrs) when I start it I'm only running on 6-7 cylinders til it warms a bit or I start revving it and then it'll fire on all 8. What's the deal?

Sounds like a wiring issue.

But then, how long have you drove it after install?

Could still be air in the system.

If you feel up to it , pull the covers , one or two will not be spitting oil ... (poppets)

On edit . T has a point . How long have they been in there ?....

Electrical will usually set a CEL ...(or at least a soft IDM code) ...

I've put about 300 miles on them. When I try to do a buzz test when cold it buzzes real low then fires 1,2,3 and stops.
Oil has 200 miles on it

Resistance in metal changes with temperature.

Might not be getting good contact with solenoids till it warms up.

Thats all I was thinking.

I'll check the wiring.

When it get warm it'll run like a raped ape.

If it's a poppet how hard would it be to swap the pistons to different injectors?

If it is a poppet issue , they need to be machined or replaced ...
