302 swap cable to hydraulic

I have 91mustang 302 with t5 with a cable clutch .i would like to keep the stock peddles in my 51 f1 . In the forum I saw where CDN ***** G did a real sweet job on brake and hydraulic clutch system. I have never messed
with a hydraulic clutch, The bell housing is it different from a mech one?
Also what years do i Need for the swap? Iknow they have a complete kit for around 500-600$$ I would like to do on the economy plan. LOL
Any advise would be great . Thanks George
And may be I need to do the swing peddles. Thanks for your input

The clutch system that I used was cable from a 84 Mercury Capri on my T5 so the same setup should work. All I did was move the plug in the shield to where the cable came out and then used the slave cylinder from a 96 Nissan B2200 and built the bracket. I used ready rod to get the length I need before I cut the 3/8" stock to fit. I think this cost me all of $25 at pick and pull. I hope this helps.

I have a complete McCleod hydraulic set up that I couldn't use in my Falcon that is just sitting here. It's the remote resevoir master, with lines, and the hydraulic throwout bearing. It was for a Mustang T-5. I'd sell it cheap.

Is that the concentric slave type unit?
