When I am overseas working a 60/30 rotation and not at work, lol I work a 12 to 16 hr shift, I am on here all the time (3 to 5 hrs a night) reading, learning and trying to help.

Sleep is over rated! Food's a crutch!

On my maybe 1 day off a week, at least 10 to 12 hrs, almost straight. When I am home on R&R at least nightly for a hour or two.

And I am a registered "Craigs-list-aholic"....LMAO

I always have a tab open when I'm doing homework. I try not to get distracted, but we all know how that goes....

As a matter of fact I'm supposed to be writing an essay now...
