Need a new PCM

I had to call the dealer and look it up by my vin # because I didn't write down the pcm code.
.I had luck finding a couple PMT1s on car-parts.com
I appreciate you trying to help and wished it would of worked out.

I got a new pcm today (nvk2). It's out of a 1999 truck. I'm not sure if the pmt would of been better. Maybe it doesn't matter since Jody is going to re program it. I tested out the pcm and didn't have any issues. I sent the pcm to DP today. Now I get to wait another week to get it back. I've already had my truck down two weeks.

I'm not really sure what they did. If she gets another email from me, Diane probably won't reply back.
I wish I understood the programming a little better. Would you have to flash it to a PMT1 and then install a tune? All mighty PMT1, I love it.

It is the code on the pcm. Cody could probably explain it better. I guess the PMT1 has better programming. That's about all I know.
