GOT A COUPLE ?'s.....
After reading some stuff off these threads i came across some DPF stuff. It looked to me like there is an option to change the regeneration modes from auto, passive (whatever that means), and manual. My ques. is if the truck was worked hard enough would it need regenerated if it was in manual...in my 08 dodge 6.7 if the truck is worked enough the dpf never builds up... Next would be maybe a dumb ques. but i cant figure it out what is the difference in the pickup and the chassis. If i do a cab and chassis cuz ill put a dump box on it will i get like the smaller turbo and different things vs the pickup

IIRC, Those options for the DPF are only available on the chassis/cabs. If you do a chassis/cab you will get a different turbo and computer programming than the pick ups. I know nothing about the Dodge so I can not compare DPF operations. Hope that helps.
