Fuel Pump Retaining Ring
I have a 2003 Expy that needs a fuel pump change. Any advice on where to get a new retaining ring for the pump, and a good tool to remove the old one? I can not find the rings for sale doing a google search, and I can only find one universal tool to remove the old ring.

You can do it without the special tool, all you need to use is a hammer and a very dull chisel. You have to be very careful when you are doing this, take small hits and slowly work your way around the ring. Once you break it loose then you can use your hands to take off the ring. I did the exact same thing, it isn't the best way to do it but if your in a bind and need to do the job quickly this will work good.
