nice find. ill print that out and show it to this dealer. i think im going to go check it out this weekend. i think if i can get it for 5500-6000 ill be good.
title reads clear, so i dont think it was too bad. either way, they're not gonna budge on the price. guy said the lowest he can go is 7700 + ttt which comes to like 9k out the door. screw that for a 203k mile truck!

I think that Stealer is confused and thinks he has a Diesel Ex that he is selling not a Gasser. But there is a sucker born every minute. These dealers make a killing of people with bad credit who want the vehicle they are selling.
what's your guys input on buying a 2wd excursion? i really wanted 4x4 just becuase, but honestly, ill never use it. im never going to go offroad, and i live in florida so i dont have snow or hills. my dads is 4x4, and we've never used it, except maybe once when we went on a trip like 10 years ago.
when i do get one though, i plan on lifting it for like 37-40" tires. what are the con's to going with a 2wd? i found a nice 2000 limited in the white/tan combo that i want, with 153k miles, asking 6,900obo.
I too wanted a 4x4. Found one with 180k on it. Limited 2000 model but they would'nt take less than $5600. I too would have never used the 4x4 when I sat down and thought it over, btw, They had it for $6500. I think they actually sold it. I bought ours 5 weeks ago. I'm overall happy with it. It was for my wife to tote around the kids. It is nothing special, 2wd, XLT, 5.4, 141k now on it, everything works, full service history (they just dropped a grand on door actuators) and it is not in too bad of shape. I paid $5k for it. He had it listed for two weeks at $6500 as well. He dropped the price to $6k and I showed him $5k and he took it. The 5.4 does very well around town. It is no hot rod off the line but we dont drive like that. It gets 14.3 on the interstate going 75mph. Shop around, take your cash and find a by owner truck and I think you'll get a better vehicle and a better deal. I like buying from individuals anyway, kind of my way of truely boosting the economy. Good luck on your search.
ok i have around 7k to play with for an excursion. im pretty sure they approved me (i re-financed my Mini cooper and borrowed a little extra against it) lol
about the only thing funnier than you parking a mini cooper and an excursion next to each other in your driveway would be a smart car and excursion. ha ha ha

Anyway you look at it, you can take either one of them, throw it in the back of the Ex and take it with you where ever you go!
