hey guys i was just wondering if anyone of you have used this program and if so how did you all like it? is it pretty user friendly? what did you guys find that ws useful and what did you all dislike. i have some optima batteries for sale and a guy that works at best buy will install this for me on my computer if i trade him a battery. he also said i wont have to pay for the monthly fee mitchell charges. so your input is greatly appreciated.

I use it everyday. I like it. Sounds like your getting a bootleg copy. So you won't get the updates for new vehicles. But depending on what you work on its not a big deal. Some of the newer info is not as user friendly as the old info because mitchel is just taking the info from the OE's and putting into their program without formatting it. So that takes a little getting used to. But anything from about 2004 back is very easy to use.
