01 expedition electrical issues
i am new to the forums and expeditions. i have an 01 and have some issues i would like to get some help on. first of i have no dome lights or running board lights. the rear wiper does not work but the rear washer sprays. the windows all work with out the key on or even in the ignition. the rear heat does not get hot and the front blower motor only seems to work on high. thanks for any input you might have.

Are the bulbs missing from the dome and running board light sockets?
The rear wiper could be a bad motor, or if the glass open/ajar switch is stuck and the safety feature will keep the wiper motor from running. This would also keep the dome and running board lights on all the time. In turn this would've caused someone to remove the bulbs instead of track down the problem.
If the contacts of the accessory delay relay were stuck together then the windows would work all the time, as well as the radio.
The blower issue is likely a bad blower speed resistor.

i checked a few of the bulbs and they were fine but should i check all of them? do they run in a series. were is the glass ajar switch? i also was looking today and there is a fuse in the #24 spot under the dash that works my blowers is that correct i dont have an 01 owners manual i do have a 00 but it shows that spot blank. and also i can not use the rear climate control with out having the front system on if it is in the off position the rear does not work. thanks for your help

In 01 fuse #24 is listed as: EATC Module, EATC Blower Relay, Climate Control Switch Assembly, Feeds Fuse 7.
