I'm leaking power steering fluid. I have change the pump because I thought that is where it was leaking. Front bottom of motor and front axle housing are was wet. Now I still have a leak. The high pressure hose and fitting are dry. I can't see the return hose clear enough to tell if that is where it's leaking or not. What are the odds that a rebuilt pump could be leaking? Or am I over looking something else? any help or comments would be appreciated. This is not the hardest thing I ever change but it not easy to get to either.
I had a similar issue a few years ago. I also have a 2005 and it turned out to be the power steering jumper line to the hydroboost connection. I bought the repair kit, installed it, and my leak went away. I have copied the TSB for this below:

POWER STEERING FLUID LEAK AT JUMPER LINE
TO HYDROBOOST CONNECTION - VEHICLES BUILT
BEFORE 5/25/2006
FORD:
2005 Excursion
2005-2006 F-Super Duty
ISSUE
Some 2005-2006 F-Super Duty vehicles built before 5/25/2006 and 2005 Excursions, equipped with a hydro boost brake system, may exhibit a power steering leak at the junction where the jumper line connects to the hydro boost unit.
ACTION
Refer to the instructions in the Hose Assembly Kit to resolve this concern. Do not attempt to tighten the fitting to stop the leak.
