i drive a 10 ford f250 XL single cab superduty truck
i was driving my truck in the city and it started to whistle from the passenger side, i completed driving but the rpm didnt raise above 1.5 and speed less than 10mph, it didnt shift gears, i started hearing some valve teckling and the check engine light flashed, i stayed driving till the mechanic place.
Now the pickup sound like a referee whistle and it missfires, the codes were p0300, p0301 ,p0305 ,p0420 and now its sound like this
now some people say if its inside the engine like a head or piston, its preferred to change the whole engine without opening it due to the lack of spare parts, and actually mechanics here dont know much what to do with these engines here in jordan, soo whats this issue and what should i do? Pls help
