If this info has not been followed or close to it you maybe in for some deep pocket shock.. Plus also replacing the inner axles seals as well.
This lubes the upper king pin bearings and the axle u-joints as well. This is for the standard closed knuckle end tubes. When buying new wheels you better check first the back spacing for tie rod end clearance issues. .my 2cents
