Just have a qualified mechanic lift it up on a lift and check it out.... watch him too.... could be anything, drive shaft.... brakes....
my balljoints were really bad on my old '04 and it had a really bad clunk. once they were replaced all my clunking went away. so yes its possible they could be your issue. i only had 90k miles when that happend.
As stated, could be a number of things. I took my sway bar off, still have issues, most of the people I know, the sway bar isn't their issue either. Could be anything listed, leaf springs as well, I think that's my problem, I just haven't done the cheap fix for it yet. The plastic washer between the leafs is worn out.
I had a slight clunk that came back after my lift as well... I ended up tightening up the front shock upper and lower bolts/nuts and all the noise was gone. You may just want to check and retightening all the fronts at least... Only took 5 minutes and saved me LOTS of $$ and time chasing that noise.
