I user Zymol Leather Conditioner in mine and it removes most of the blue from my jeans and most of the black on the seat back from my belt. Doesn't seem to affect the color. Not sure if it would work differently on the KR leather.

I would not own KR leather again. It looks good new but after awhile it shows the wear. I have a 2007 KR and I thought I was taking good care of it with regular cleaning and leather treatments with the KR brand.

The front seats are faded even though the windows were tinted. The truck was not a garage queen but I didnt let it bake in the Tx sun either. The truck is low mileage as well, just turned 52k, so it's not like the seats were over used either.

Since the leather is raw and unprotected it is unforgiving. I have no stains from any spills but the oil from your body effects the steering wheel and the console cover mainly, they took the brunt of the wear.

Looks nice, gives that rich cowboy look but it is high maintenance.

That was the old Castano leather which was beautiful if taken care of... (conditioned every few months)

The newer models of King Ranch have what is called Chaparral leather that is sealed and more durable. I use the LeatherCPR.

Does the KR have any better interior lighting? I have the black lariat interior and it is really dark at night. My 2012 focus has mode lighting that illuminates the door handles, foot wells and the console cup holders. Wished my truck had this. Thinking of buying an led lighting kit for the interior.
