Very cool find

so I went to a friends shop today to borrow a tool from him and while moving things out of the way, the feller hands me this big awkward object and says you will probably want to take that home with you.... I took a second glance at what I was holding only to realise it was a complete working "Bigfoot Cruiser" power sliding rear window assembly ... yep he was right and the best part about it was it was completely free .....

Yeah -that is a nice big picture. Would it work on a regular cab? The bottom part fits inside the cab-right? But the glass frame on the top isnt flush with the cab opening?

actually they originally only came in a regular cab truck which is what the Bigfoot cruiser was, I am not sure how the gasket seals it yet as I still have to go to my friends house to retrieve the wiring harness , switch and the gasket for it... he was gonna put it in a truck he was building but I guess he gave up on the project.. I am gonna put it in my 95 F-350 ...

That's for a Pickup? The only thing I ever saw electric rolldown glass on was a few broncos, and some Chevy's, and will full body cabs.

LOL actually I gave up looking for one a long time ago as everytime I asked folks about them they stared at me as if I had 3 heads... Sorry i am keeping this puppy as its the last thing I needed to finish off my 97 F-350 and its funny because I had actually forgotten all about them until today , But I will be sure to let you know if I happen to trip over another....
