There are 3 downloads available at syncmyride.com. 1 is a tool to find the version and see if you need an update. 2 is for Apple phones,ipods to fix the menu and recognition of songs,etc. in the sync system. 3rd one is for phone books that don't show correctly in sync.
For my nav unit/steering wheel control it shows only one application available... the version checker 1.3.
Anyone know if there is a nav update? Little disappointed. Buying a 2011 and the nav showing the address for the local Costco at the old location after it moved 2 years ago to a new location
At $199 per update, it would be cheaper to buy a Garmin unit and throw it away every year! At least Garmin is now offering lifetime updates for some of their units. The map updates should be linked to an agency. Can't remember which one, but the one responsible for the map datum updates. Some of the manufacturers are a lot more diligent about getting the road information updated than others.
that I am making the assumption the 2011 are Navteq units. Rumor had it that they were changing suppliers this year. Since I don't have my truck yet, can't be positive.

You have to hit the Sync Owner Center Tab then look down below under Support there you'll see Sync Tools. Sync My Phone and Sync my Music. I don't know if this link will work
