Paint Code for 2004 Expedition (Eddie Bauer Edition)
I need the paint code for the cladding on the above. The colors are white and gold. I have been able to get the body color (white), but the cladding color (gold) that the Lincoln dealer ordered me does not match.

I had some work done on my ex wifes 04 and my good friend, and body shop expert had a heck of a time matching both the main Red color and the gold at the bottom. It was a tri coat, and takes some experience to match. I have since painted tri coats myself, and can see why its so hard to match. What did you get from lincoln? was it a 2 part base clear?

Paint Code for 2004 Expedition
Bought form Lincoln - Mercury dealership as it is much closer than the Ford dealership. Thought that they would have standard touch-up, but the paint I received was much lighter than the original. Went to the Ford dealership on Saturday to have some repair work done and asked about paint. Was told that they do not support that paint color with standard touch up. Repair coordinator got a bodyshop painter to do a color match and they custom mixed the paint. Color is now much closer to the orginal.
