code P006A keeps coming up

code P006A keeps coming up

After I pup in the EGR delete kit my truck keeps tripping code P006A. Can this be causes by the new up pipe and I have a turbo air guide (TAG). I have also replaced the MAP and Mass air sensor. Could the turbo boots have a.small leak and cause this code? As always thanks in advance

Remove the tag, it is probably messing with the MAF.

Same here after EGR delete...I get the typical EGR low flow code which is expected but also the 0006a code now too and I don't have a TAG(whatever that is)...

Any other suggestions to check? Clean MAF wire? Replace MAP hose/sensor?

Does anyone have a link to a pinpoint test for this code?

After the newer flash, if you use an aftermarket air filter, the code will show up.

something tells me the pcm is tring to change map via egr flow and its finding that it cant. just a thought.

Cheezit you may be right because i have my EGR blocked off but still leave the EGR valve plugged in and i am getting the P006A code. But when I unplug the EGR valve that code never comes back.
