MBRP exhaust question
Sorry guys I'm sure this has a simple answer. Why is the MBRP exhaust called 4" when it's OD is 3.5"? Just happened to measure a clamp.

OK I got my answer in case anyone else was reading this. It's 3.5" until the pipe right before the muffler which goes from 3.5" to 4". then it's 4" from the muffler back. A little confusing, I originally thought the only 3.5" was the down pipe.
