There is recessed plugs on either side of the high pressure oil rails on the front and back of the motor there is one right behind the air conditioning pump if leaking it will run down right where you are explaining and make it look like the front crank seal is leaking it is kinda hard to see but I think that is what you see and maybe your problem.

Clean the engine real well and get some that uv dye. Take the fan off so it doesnt blow oil around as much.
