steering help

So i lifted my truck (1969 F-250 Highboy) 4 inches and I'm about ready to get it back on the road. The truck has manual steering but my problem is the pitman arm does not drop far enough to allow the steering to go through a complete cycle. So i guess what my question is, Does anybody make a steering spacer block for the dana 44 hd or a drop pitman arm for the manual box?

Thanks in advance,
Mike

I sure wish someone had some advice for you Mike. Looks like I've got the very same issue after replacing a whole lotta stuff in my front end. By the way, anybody have an opinion (DUH) about ball joint vs kingpins?

well i think i may have found a solution for the dana 44 hd axle. Some companies make drop drag links for the push-pull style steering, now my question is, what is a good company to go with or how much should a local machine shop charge to make one?
