heated mirrors?

heated mirrors?
want to know what year/make or model comes with heated mirrors for a super duty. i know i had a 99 XLT f250 and it did not have heated mirrors, also had a 02 Lariat F350 and that did not have heated mirrors either, but a buddy has an 04 XLT f250 and that has heated mirrors, but that also has the turn signals on the mirrors as well...so does that mean 03.5 and newer have heated mirrors?

Not all, but AFAIK the trucks with the turn signals in the mirrors have heated mirrors.

thanks redford, that is what i thought i was just double checking, looking at a second truck for snow removal and heated mirrors are a must

Excursions had heated mirrors from their introduction in 2000, they didn't get the turn signals in the mirrors until 2004. My '01 Lariat Crew does not have heated mirrors either. Might have been an option on the Super Duty's in the early years.

just to correct you, my '02 limited excursion has the small paddle mirrors with heat and signals. but the towing mirrors didnt get that option till '03 i think.

My 2000 Excursion XLT had the telescoping trailer tow mirrors which were heated.

yeah my '00 had heated towing mirrors, but no signal..like i said i dont think the signal came till '03

i got towing heated on my 00, and i test drove a 00 with the sports car looking mirrors.

My 03 KR has the mirrors that are heated, turn signals, marker lights, and they are manual telescoping
