Clicking Noise

I have had my 2000 Ex V10 had it for 3 Months now and it has 173xxx on it. When it is idling you can’t hear it but the second you give it some gas it starts to click. The sound is coming from the driver’s side part of the engine. It gets louder and faster the more gas you give it

Any idea what this could be.

Check for broken exhaust manifold studs. You will have to crawl underneath to get a good look. Likely at the rear most part of the manifold. The only other thing to be aware of is loose spark plugs. These are both fairly common issues. Take a look and then use the search function to research.
