I had the same issue and others have had other fitment issues but it is easily rectified - get your wife's hairdryer if you can't find your heatgun and go to town on the mat where it doesn't fit properly. Heat the mat up and then bend it or shape it into place - hold the shape for about 30 seconds until it cools enough to stay in position.

My WeatherTechs all fit like a glove now - front and rear.

I just recently got the WeatherTech mats for this truck. I had them in my 2006 also and loved them. There is no doubt that the fit now is far superior to what it was back in 06. I especially love the changes that they made to the rear mat in fitment and increased coverage.

I also know several people that have the Husky mats and love them as well. I think it's hard to go wrong with either one.

I see WeatherTech also makes Side Window Deflectors and Bug Deflectors for the 2011's, both of which I would like to get sometime. Are they any good?

I have bought weathertech side window deflectors for several vehicles and was very happy with them. They always included a strip of a glue based substance that sticks to the inside of the window channel (these don't attach to the paint).

However, the models for the 2011 SD didn't come with any glue.
They stay in the channel but when the window is down, they flop around.
Aside from the noise, I worry it will fall out driving down the road. I ordered mine back in June or July so maybe they went back to the glue substance since then. You might want to ask.
So, currently unhappy with the 2011 SD version.

For the floor mats, I have the husky weatherbeaters. Very impressive "liners."

Weathertech digital fit are definatly great. I put them in my 11 250 crew and they covered everything.
I sold the truck and have the mats still if anyone wants to buy them.

Had the WeatherTech digital fits in my Cummins as well. Best mats out there period. Ordering some for the F250.

sold the truck cause we were down sizing and decided not to get the 5th wheel we were going to get so I got a smaller truck.

email me if your interested in the mats. I think I paid $249 for them.

Are these for a crew cab with or without the front console/captains chairs?

Bought the Ford SD mats. I live in snow country. I thought the Ford SD mats are perfect. They work well for me and are easy to pickup! The pictures of the other mats simply look like overkill.
