Door panel comes off. Larger window comes out first, then the vent window, and the frame (which includes the front 'rail' for the large window) comes out.
To get each one out there are bolts and screws in various places, also some of the seals hook together and other fun things. Take your time, you'll get there.

IIRC there is a screw kinda hidden in the window channel for the wing glass.
It also helps to have the proper tool for the clips on the door panel.
They are plastic so you will probably want to replace at least some of them.

Thanks all,
It was much easier than I expected, two screws on the top and one bolt
on the side. I didn't have to remove the big window. $30 at the junk yard instead of $130 at the window shop.
