Arrow NEED HELP ASAP!!!! PLEASE HELP

Ok #2 injector went bad broke everything down changed the injector put everything back together without a problem.Cranked on the truck for a few seconds finally firing up, and ran like a sewing machine the best the truck has ever ran! cut it off after about 15 minutes of idling fine and hopped back in to take it for a spin and make sure everything was workin properly and it too it a while to crank again i figured this was due to air still in the system. Took it for a spin and it ran great come back home shut it off and now it wont fire at all, will spin over all day but no fire. spray a little carb cleaner in it and it will try to fire but thats it. im about to pull my hair out over this! PLEASE HELP!!!!

Fuel would be a 100 psi gauge and the hipo system would probably be a 5,000 psi gauge.

Not sure but you just use the ICP reading off the ICP sensor?

That is correct. I was just answering the question the way it was asked. I use the ScanGauge ll for the ICP as well.

yours must be newer than 03 on an 03 you can leave the oil rail hooked up just pull it off the injector its on a braided flex line it will move enough . so on the newer one did you replace the d-ring oil seal on the crankcase to headtube {standpipe}.My icp is at about 630-680 at idle IIR. your numbers will be lower if it leaks I dont think the injectors will fire if you have anything under 500

Take the oil filter out, depress the drain valve w/ the tip of a screwdriver, watch the rate of fill while someone else cranks the engine. Let us know what you see.

I would start with an air test of the system. It could also be the IPR valve open and dumping oil back to sump without building pressure. Hopefully a tech will chime in and tell you how to read the test for that as I don't know the specific test for the IPR valve.
