Extended cab cup holders

I was trolling through my local boneyard, and stumbled across something I've never seen before. It's a little molded cup holder that attaches to the bottom of the door panel on the passenger side back door of an extended cab. It's the same color as the interior of my truck, so I snatched it up for $5. Unfortunately, the driver's side of the truck was totally smashed, and the panels were all gone, so I didn't see anything for the driver's side. Have any of you guys seen these before? If there's one made for the driver's side, I want it. It's too late to get ahold of any Ford dealer near me, so I thought I'd give you guys a shout. Here's the part numbers on the one I have--
