Cup Holders
Does anyone know if you could have gotten stock cup holders in any 87-91 F-150 Lariat. I have a bench with the fold-down arm rest, but i have never seen any cup holders in any of these trucks. Thanks!!

My 92 has them, it sits on the tranny hump and kind of wedged under the front of the seat. I'm not sure how it is actually mounted. It's an xlt model, so maybe it is an option, and you can find one at the wrecking yard.

ford was against drinking and driving lol so they didnt put cupholders in them HAHAHA....
any way my xlt lariat didnt have any so i went to oreilly's and baught one that had CD holder change holder and 2 cup holders for like $12 or so.... the only thing i had to do was get a little longer screws
i found the sweet spot to mount it so that no matter where u have the seat set to u can reach it and its kinda out of the way if u have a 3rd person in the truck with u

Who needs cupholders? When I'm driving my boss's 89, I just use the dash; I'm sure they made it flat and square for a reason :-P Stick the cup/can up in the corner by the windshield and throw a box of screws next to it

Apart from the box of screws, i do the same thing!
Cup holders are just not fitted because us truck owners are multiskilled in the use of our arms and legs while driving, so there is no need for them!!!

My 91 XLT Lariat has the fold down center console with cupholders in it.
The PO also put a hanging cupholder that is supposed to be for boats. works really well, swivels and swings so it doesnt fall.

It's like driving, adjusting the dials, popping it in 4x4, shifting, using turn signals, AND drinking the can of pop! My friends can't figure out how that works.
