Cruise control problem
The cruise control on my 1994 E 350 V8/460/7.5 truck does not turn on. My mechanic says I need a new amplifier costing $350 and the local Ford dealership says the most expensive part in the cruise control assembly is the servo at $255 retail. Can some one tell me if what my mechanic is telling me makes sense? I only have 33000 miles on the vehicle...any suggestions might be wrong.
