NEW 7.3 PSD ENGINES

Sometime back I found a site or two that still sold brand new 7.3 PSD engines.
I'm thinking it was either Navistar or International and possibly in Mexico.
Does this ring a bell with anyone on the forum?

Hmm, I can't really think of who that may be, but I do know the later 7.3 engines were built in Brazil, or at least some were. Might try and contact a dealer in Brazil if you are interested...

They want $10,250 with a $2,000 core charge. **** that. Ahhh, that's a stage II motor... Stage I is $7,595 with a $1,800 core charge. Still, hell no. LOL.

If you do a search on this thread there is info from parts guy about new 7.3 that were around $4300.00 plus shipping if I remember correctly. There was a picture that showed the actual motor you got.

do a search for Tidewater Engines. Machine shop out of Virginia. much discussed here and on the PSnation. One FTE brother knows them and their work. Balanced, blueprinted, shotpeened, lots of good info and cheap if not free shipping for about $3100.
Also does custom stuff if you want studs, ceramic coatings, teflon coatings, etc.
