i should have said what i have already done. my bad. i have replaced both sway bar links and bushings and all 4 ball joints. tech said the rest of the front is rock solid. it is weird, i have noticed it happens only when weight is shifted, acceleration, braking, and turning. sound mostly comes from under driver seat i think. i havent been a passenger yet. i have tried to move around in my seat to see if it is the seat but it isnt. body mounts is the only thing i can think of......

The body mount bushings are a pretty common problem and sound like what you are describing. I went through the same steps you did and finally narrowed it down to the bushings. I just replaced the ones under the driver and front passenger. Once you get them off you will be able see if they are bad or not. The rubber bushing wraps around a big plastic piece. When the rubber distorts, the plastic piece comes in contact with the mount and makes the creaking sound. I got mine(you'll need the upper and lower mounts for both sides) from parts guy Ed. He had the lowest price and top notch service. To change the bushing you will need to take the bolt out of the very front bushing on each side as well as the bolts out of the bushings you need to replace in the floorbords on the driver and pass side. On the floorboard bushings it might help to thread the bolt back in an inch or two and whack the bolt a few times to get the upper and lower to separate them. Then jack up the body just enough to get the upper bushing out. I did one side at a time and be sure to use jack stands as well as a jack for safety. It isn't very difficult and really doesn't take too long. Not having that creaking sound when you go over bumps or turn is sooo nice when you are done. Good luck.
