this is going to be a great month.. tons of deer hunting, turkey day!! oh and hopefully lots of snow!!!

 

Snow is fine - it's the ice I can do without...

 

i agree.. but it always makes it fun when you are trying to stopp right?? nothing like a sheet of ice to wake yoy up in the morning on your commute...

It will be interesting to see what labor pool they pull from.... Pocatello is a college town and we're flooded with kids with no work ethic; no skills; and show no respect for other people or for their surroundings...

Allstate wants to pull in 500+ "quality" people - Between us and the other large call center in town, we don't have 500 people combined... The only way to pull in the people they want is to hire from out of the area...

I have to admit, though, I am thinking about seeing if they need any Facilities people at that site (that's what I am now - facilities maintenance/manager/coordinator.)

 

i think you should try.. its a great company to work for..( i know!!)
