Thanks, first car I ever painted. A guy saw me driving it a classic car show and hunted me down. He knocked at my door and wanted to buy it. I said no, then he told me his story. He owned that car when he was 16, took his first daughter home from the hospital with it, etc. Then my jaw dropped, he pulled the original keys out of his pocket and started it!! Now for the really amazing part, he showed me the original TITLE. I was living in Nebraska at the time and the only possible thing is that the DMV's screwed up somewhere along the line because I had a clear title. If this guy was a jerk he probably could have tried to take the car but in turn I could have charged him for improvements and storage, it would have been a wash, I guess. He wanted the car bad so I threw out a ridiculous number and he paid it! I loved showing my wife that check because she has always given me a hard time for spending money on cars. At that point, I figured I was ahead of the game, I still miss that car though!

I won't fear for my life with you Travis, LOL!!

We built a lawn mower w/ a suzuki 4 wheeler engine/transmission on it back in high school. That thing was fun except the shifter we built was so long that we had to throw the shifter forward about a foot and a half or so to get a shift. LOL. Our campus cop clocked us at 47 mph on it once in the parking lot of the high school.
