Well when I first got my Stroke, that 6.9 left it in the dust.
6637, BB mod, 3" to 4" exhaust, 140 volt IDM, still in the dust.
DP Tuner on 100 HP setting, now they run about even.
My Stroke rides better, but the old IDI hauls better.
All I can say is I like my 6.9 IDI turbo and my 7.3 Stroke.
I know what I can do with a 6.9, and I am looking forward learning what I can do with a 7.3 Stroke.
So far it looks promising.

when i drove my 7.3 idi home from dallas, it got the same exact mileage as my buddys powerstroke that we drove up there. every thing was the same except the idi is a dually, the powerstroke was not
